Two boats, five lengths of day. Longer days cost less per hour, and the 8 hour day is the cheapest way to be on the water. Every total below is the full price you pay.

Rates are for standard distance delivery in Central Florida. Summer weekend rentals from public ramps need to start by 9:00 AM, with some exceptions. Full rules and payment options.
What the price covers
The number in the table is the number you pay. Only the things on the right can change it, and I tell you about them before you book.
In every rate on this page
No surcharges, no deposit on hourly rentals.
- Delivery and pickup to your dock, your vacation home, or a public ramp inside our standard Central Florida delivery range.
- Fuel for your trip. You never stop at a fuel dock and you never hand me a gas receipt.
- Florida sales tax at 6.5%, already added into the total.
- Safety gear for everyone on board, including child life jackets when you tell me the ages.
- Fishing poles, artificial bait and a tube, free of charge. Ask for them when you reserve.
Only if you ask for it
Everything optional, priced up front.
- Captain Mike, $150 for the first 4 hours, then $25 per hour.
- Private dock delivery, $50 one time, for concierge drop off right at your dock.
- Extra hours, $50 per hour on either boat, added to the rates above.
- Card processing, 3% on credit cards and payment links. Zelle and cash have no fee.
- Long distance delivery. Lakes outside our standard range cost a little more. I quote it before you book.

Keep the boat at your dock for the whole trip
Staying at a lake house or an Airbnb with a safe dock? I tie the boat up when you arrive and pick it up when you leave. Go out at sunrise, come back for lunch, go again. The daily rate drops every day you add, down to half price by day seven.
- Delivery, pickup and one full tank of fuel included
- 25% off the daily rate at 2 days, 50% off at 7 days
- Orlando, Kissimmee, Windermere, St. Cloud and the lakes around them

A deposit holds your dates: $80 a day on Wilma, $100 a day on Betty. The balance is due when I drop the boat off.

Hire a Captain for $150
If you have never driven a boat, or you would rather have a drink and watch the kids, I will drive. It is also the easy answer if you do not have a Florida boating safety card.

Fishing poles, bait and a tube
Poles and artificial bait ride along at no extra cost, and the tube comes with the boat. Tell me how many people are fishing and I will bring enough.

Your cooler, stocked and cold
Send me your drink and snack list. I shop, pack it on ice, and it is waiting on board. You pay what the store charged, nothing on top.

Instead of meeting at a public ramp, I bring the boat to your own dock and tie it up. Add it to any rate on this page.

Paying and the rules
Two things worth reading before you book: how to pay without the card fee, and who is allowed to drive.
How to pay
Zelle and cash are the cheapest way to settle up.
- Zelle or cash: no fee. This is the cheapest way to pay and the one most people use.
- Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted through a payment link.
- Card and link payments add 3% for processing. On a $650 day that is $19.50.
- Multi-day bookings take a deposit to hold the dates. The balance is due at delivery.
Who can rent and when we start
Florida rules, in plain English.
- Born before January 1, 1988: no Florida Boating Safety Education card required.
- Renters 25 and over need a valid Florida Boating Safety Education card and proof of previous boating experience.
- No card, or new to boating? Add Captain Mike and you are covered either way.
- Summer weekends at public ramps start by 9:00 AM. Ramps get busy fast. Some exceptions, ask me.

Is fuel really included?
Yes. Every total on this page includes the rental rate, delivery, fuel, and 6.5% Florida sales tax. There is no fuel surcharge when you hand the boat back, and no gas receipt to settle up.
What does standard distance delivery mean?
It covers our regular Central Florida delivery range around Orlando, Kissimmee, Belle Isle, Maitland, Winter Park and St. Cloud. Lakes outside that range cost a little more for travel. Send me the address and I will quote it before you book.
Can I add hours on the day of the rental?
Usually, if the boat is not booked after you. Each extra hour is $50 on either boat. If you already know you want a long day, the 8 hour rate is cheaper per hour than adding on later.
Do you take a deposit?
Multi-day rentals hold a deposit to lock in your dates, shown in the tables above. The balance is due when I deliver the boat.
Do I need a boating license?
Not for most renters. Florida requires a boater safety card if you were born in 1988 or later. If you do not have one, add Captain Mike and you are covered.
What if it rains?
Central Florida storms usually pass quick. We will watch the radar together and reschedule if it is not safe. No stress.
