Lake Brantley is a spring-fed, sand-bottom lake of around 288 acres in Longwood, just north of Orlando. We meet you at your neighborhood’s HOA private boat ramp with the boat launched, fueled and ready to go.
There is no public access to Lake Brantley. The lake is reached through the communities around it, so our Lake Brantley boat rental is a valet-style service for residents and guests with HOA ramp access.
Boating on Lake Brantley is all about the water. It is a popular lake for wakeboarding, waterskiing, tubing and swimming, and because only residents and their guests can use it, it never feels like a crowded public lake.

Swimming
The spring-fed, sandy-bottom water is made for swimming. Drop anchor, let the Bluetooth stereo run and use the pontoon’s swim ladder.
Family time
A private lake with no public ramp traffic, with a Bimini top for shade and comfortable lounge seating on the pontoon.
Watersports
Tubing and skiing are done on the Hurricane deck boat, with its 200 HP Mercury engine and Turbo Swing tow bar.
Fishing
Largemouth bass, bluegill and black crappie are all in the lake, and we can provide fishing poles and artificial bait at no extra charge. Anyone 16 or older who fishes needs a Florida freshwater fishing license.

Both boats work well here. Lake Brantley is a ski lake, so if watersports are on the plan, go with the Hurricane deck boat and its Turbo Swing tow bar. If your day is more about swimming, fishing or a slow cruise along the shoreline, the pontoon gives you shade, lounge seating and room to spread out.

No HOA access? Pick a lake with a public meeting point
We would rather tell you that now than after you have booked. Without valid HOA access to a private ramp, we cannot hand the boat over on Lake Brantley. Who drives, and when we start

You drive, so you get the boat’s full capacity: up to 11 on the pontoon and up to 12 on the deck boat, depending on weight.
Captain Mike launches the boat at your HOA ramp and walks you through its features and safety equipment before you leave: throttle and trim, how to get around the lake, and how to reach him if anything comes up. Never driven a pontoon before? That is most of our customers, and the walkthrough is built for them.

Rates and booking
We bring the boat to your HOA ramp for one flat price. The pontoon starts at $450 and the deck boat at $550 for a four hour minimum, then $50 an hour after that. Fuel and Florida sales tax are already in the number. Because Lake Brantley is a private-ramp lake, a one-time $50 valet fee applies for launching the boat and meeting you at your HOA ramp.

Is there a public boat ramp on Lake Brantley?
No. Lake Brantley is a private lake with no public access. Ramps are reached through the neighborhoods around the lake, so we meet you at your neighborhood’s HOA private ramp.
What do I need to book?
HOA access to a private ramp on Lake Brantley. Call or text us with your neighborhood ramp and your date, and we will confirm availability.
Can you stock the cooler for us?
Yes. Order your drinks and snacks ahead of time and we will have a cooler iced down and waiting on the boat. You only pay for the cost of the items, with no delivery or service fee.
Can we swim and go tubing?
Yes. Lake Brantley is a spring-fed, sand-bottom lake and a popular local ski lake, so swimming, tubing and skiing are what it does best. Tubing and skiing are done on the Hurricane deck boat, so book that one if watersports are part of your day.
Are life jackets on the boat?
Yes, a Coast Guard approved jacket for every seat, sized for adults and kids. Florida law says children under six wear theirs the whole time the boat is moving, so tell us how many little ones are coming when you book and we will have the right sizes aboard.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
No, neither boat has a head. Use the restroom before you head out, and plan a quick run back to the ramp mid-day if you are out for a long day with kids.
Can we bring our dog?
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
What happens if it storms?
Central Florida gets short, hard afternoon storms in summer, and lightning means everyone comes off the water. We try to look at the weather the night before and make the call then. If you lose an hour or so, we can work something out.
