Lake Underhill is a scenic 140-acre lake just minutes from downtown Orlando and Winter Park. We deliver our 21ft pontoon to the Lake Underhill Park public boat ramp, fully fueled and ready for your day on the water.
Our Lake Underhill boat rental offers a peaceful and unique day with beautiful views and wildlife, plus something you will not find on most Central Florida lakes: private planes taking off and landing at Orlando Executive Airport right across the water.
Boating on Lake Underhill also takes you under the SR 408 Expressway bridge, where you can watch planes fly overhead while you cruise underneath the highway. It is the perfect mix of urban convenience and relaxed lake vibes.

Lake Underhill is pontoon only. Our 21ft Lowe pontoon seats 8 to 11 depending on weight and is the right boat for a small urban lake: calm cruising, sightseeing and sunsets, with shade over your head. The deck boat is available on our other lakes.

Pontoon only on Lake Underhill
We would rather tell you that now than after you have booked. The deck boat is not offered here, and you will need prior pontoon experience. Who drives, and when we start
Captain Mike, USCG licensed
You drive, so you get the pontoon’s full capacity: 8 to 11 people depending on weight. Prior pontoon boating experience is required on this lake.
Captain Mike meets you at Lake Underhill Park, launches the boat and gives you a quick orientation before you leave: throttle and trim, where the bridges are, and how to reach him if anything comes up. If you are new to boating, one of our bigger lakes is a better first trip, since Lake Underhill needs prior pontoon experience.

Rates and booking
We bring the boat to you for one flat price. The pontoon starts at $450 for a four hour minimum, then $50 an hour after that. Delivery to the Lake Underhill Park ramp, fuel and Florida sales tax are already in the number, so nothing gets added at the ramp.

No, Lake Underhill is pontoon only. Our 21ft pontoon seats 8 to 11 people depending on weight.
When is the best time to go?

Are life jackets on the boat?
Yes, a Coast Guard approved jacket for every seat, sized for adults and kids. Florida law says children under six wear theirs the whole time the boat is moving, so tell us how many little ones are coming when you book and we will have the right sizes aboard.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
No, the pontoon does not have a head, but Lake Underhill Park has restrooms. Plan a quick run back to the ramp mid-day if you are out for a long day with kids.
Can we bring our dog?
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
What happens if it storms?
Central Florida gets short, hard afternoon storms in summer, and lightning means everyone comes off the water. We try to look at the weather the night before and make the call then. If you lose an hour or so, we can work something out.

If your group wants a different kind of day, one of these may be the better fit, and the same flat rate applies. We deliver to 11 lakes and chains in total.
